Rates and Fees
Assisted Living Basic
- Studio apartment suite – beginning at $2,985/month
- One-bedroom apartment – beginning at $3,450/month
- Two-bedroom apartment – beginning at $4,275/month
- Second occupancy charge – beginning at an additional $1,000/month
- A one-time non-refundable Community Fee equal to one month's rent is due at the time of move-in for the continued maintenance of the community areas and common grounds.

Services and Amenities Included in Assisted Living Basic Service
- A reserved, private or semi-private apartment, full bathroom, fixtures and maintenance services as necessary.
- All basic utilities excluding telephone service and other than basic cable TV service, which are available from the local utilities pursuant to a private agreement between the service providers and resident.
- Three nutritious meals served daily in the community dining room. Snacks are always available.
- Weekly housekeeping service.
- Weekly laundering of flat linens.
- Emergency response system and 24-hour community staffing.
- Life enrichment services and a wellness program.
- Limited access to the community's common amenities and landscaped grounds.
- Assistance with transportation services to medical appointments.
- Structured activities and social program, with transportation for sponsored activities.
- Includes Supervisory Care Services.
Additional Services Not Included in Assisted Living Basic Service
For individuals requiring additional assistance, the community will provide a variety of enhanced services to meet changing health care needs. Individual service plans are determined by comprehensive assessments conducted by our health care professionals. Each resident's service plan is reviewed quarterly or sooner as their needs change. Services and Amenities Included in Memory Care Basic Service
- A reserved, private or semi-private apartment, including a kitchenette, full bathroom, fixtures and maintenance services necessary.
- All basic utilities excluding telephone service and other than basic cable TV service, which are available from the local utilities pursuant to a private agreement between the service providers and resident.
- Three nutritious meals served daily in the community dining room. Snacks are always available.

- Emergency response system and 24-hour community staffing.

- Medication assistance (storing, administering and supervising of prescriptions and OTC medications).

Kingswood Court Memory Care Respite
Our daily Respite Care rate for assisted living is $125 per day, Kingswood Court is $150 per day, plus a $300 set–up fee that goes toward any move-in fee upon becoming a permanent resident. Our daily fees for Adult Day Care are $75 for a full day up to 8 hours. Half day rates are available on request. These rates include services for both our Kingswood Court Memory Care and Assisted Living. Some additional care charges may be required.

Respite and Adult Day Care
While staying with us at Canyon Creek, most of your basic needs are included in our basic rate. This includes all meals, laundry, housekeeping, activities, emergency response system, 24–hour staffing and scheduled transportation to shopping and medical appointments.
