She loves that her role means interacting with residents on a daily basis, but also getting to know their families too. “There is always something different and new to learn and new people to meet.”

Heidi Wasdin

Community Relations Director

Heidi joins Canyon Creek Senior Living with over 12 years of experience. Her past jobs include working with Hospice and Home Health, and at other national senior living communities in the Atlanta metro area.

When asked what she loves most about her job as community relations director for Canyon Creek Heidi replied, "I have loved getting to know each family and helping them to understand the dynamics of their aging loved on and the options they have available."

Heidi recently moved back to Utah from Atlanta, GA after being away more than 20 years. "I am delighted to be home," Heidi says about the move. Growing up in southern Utah, Heidi has always loved the outdoors, cycling, and kayaking. In her free time you can also find her doing yoga, studying nutrition, and spending time with her three children and dog.
